Reservation Process

All reservations are made through our website, by phone or through partner booking platforms (e.g. booking).
To confirm the reservation, the following is required:
- The Payment of the reservation
- Complete contact details (name, phone, email).

Changes to the Reservation

Any changes to the dates of stay or the number of guests are subject to availability upon request.
If there is a difference in cost, you will be informed and any additional amount must be paid or the difference refunded.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: From 15.00
Check-out Time: Until 10.00
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Pets

Pets are not allowed

All information you provide is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your data is used exclusively for the purpose of processing your reservation.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.
